Craniosacral Therapy for Adults & Students
As our minds and bodies are so connected, Craniosacral bodywork offers an experience of safety, stillness and calm that recalibrates the nervous system over time.
Often, people may feel disenchanted with life, overwhelmed and not able to move forward or make decisions. They may be in pain or affected emotionally. This is all being held in the body and the therapy can start to release long held emotional and behavioural patterns which are no longer serving us.
In this first session, I take a history and base the treatment on the information received.
During this time, I use gentle touch to detect and correct imbalances or restrictions in the craniosacral rhythm, which is believed to reflect the overall health of the central nervous system. This therapy aims to alleviate pain, improve mobility, reduce stress, and enhance overall well-being by promoting the body's natural ability to self-heal. Its also very effective for releasing long held emotions, trauma and grief that may be held in the body.
It can treat all conditions including:
Back pain
Joint pain
Sciatica
Headaches/Migraine
Vertigo
Digestive Problems/IBS
Sports injuries
Neck/Shoulder pain
ArthritisME/Chronic Fatigue Syndrome
